Some Info from the Doc

Thank you friends. We are humbled that you would come before our creator God on our behalf. We are believing Him for complete healing.

A quick update: We met with the neurologist a few hours ago. He explained more details. The tumor is about the size of a golf ball. It is attached to the lower right ride of the brain, kind of behind his ear. He will most likely lose hearing in his right ear permanently. He might loose feeling on the right side of his face. And there's about a 50% chance he will be paralyzed on the right side of his face.

This is where your prayers come in. God is able!

Would you pray that Jon keeps feeling in his face and full movement in his face? Jon had 3 specific prayer requests to confirm if we should choose to remain at Mission Hospital and if we should choose this neurology team. Those 3 prayers were answered in a matter of 15 minutes. We feel confident in this hospital and this team. We have decided to proceed here. Jon is getting another/different MRI right now. More tests this afternoon. And the surgery will be tomorrow morning. We'll send out the exact time when we know. It is a 6 hr surgery. The doctor listed the complications we want to avoid in surgery, which he explained could be fatal. We are at peace and confident there will be no complications! Would you trust God with us for that? And would you also pray that God's glory would be on display?
